Join us on a journey to a more sustainable future. From 14 March to 31 October 2022, recycle your used capsules and support our coffee farmers to earn stamps that can be redeemed for special second-life gifts.

SUPPORT COFFEE FARMERS

Make a difference through your purchase to support sustainable farming. Buy 10 sleeves of coffee, including any one sleeve from our Master Origins or Reviving Origins collections, to earn a Coffee Stamp.

EARN STAMPS

During the campaign period, collect at least 5 Recycling Stamps to redeem your first gift. Collect 10 Recycling Stamps and 1 Coffee Stamp to be redeem your second gift.

REDEEM REWARDS

Upon fulfilling the criteria at the end of program, you will receive a notification for your gift redemption. Bring it to Nespresso Hong Kong boutiques to redeem your second-life gifts or discounts on your next purchase.

  • How do I register for the 2022 Nespresso Recycling Plus program?

    The 2022 Nespresso Recycling Plus program can be registered online through the 2022 Nespresso Recycling Plus page. Your Nespresso coffee journey will start after the registration. Please make sure that you have your membership number and registered email ready. To check your membership number, you can login your account online, seek the help of our Coffee Specialists in our Boutiques or via our Nespresso Customer Service Hotline (Hong Kong: 8101 1007, Macau 0800 846).

  • What if I forgot my Member ID, what should I do?

    You may log into your account on our website. When you check your personal information, you will see the “Membership number” on the left panel. Alternatively, you can seek the help of our Coffee Specialists in our Boutiques or via our Nespresso Customer Service Hotline (Hong Kong: 8101 1007, Macau 0800 846).

  • I did not know I had to register on the 2022 Nespresso Recycling Plus platform, but I have fulfilled all criteria for stamp redemption. Can I still redeem stamps?

    It is necessary for all Members to register on the 2022 Nespresso Recycling Plus platform before redeeming any coffee and/or recycling stamps. Your recycled capsules or coffee purchases will not be eligible for stamps without prior online registration. You may register your account here.

  • I called your Nespresso Customer Service Hotline to check my stamp record and realized that my latest stamp is not recorded in my profile. Why?

    Recycling stamps will appear on your 2022 Nespresso Recycling Plus within 14 working days after redemption date. Please allow a minimum of 14 working days for the platform to reflect all updated information and for our Coffee Specialists to be able to provide you with the most up-to-date information. If your stamp record is not received after 14 working days, please seek the help of our Coffee Specialists in our Boutiques or via our Nespresso Customer Service Hotline (Hong Kong: 8101 1007, Macau 0800 846).

  • I am a new Nespresso Member and I cannot register for Nespresso Recycling Plus. Why?

    Please register for 2022 Nespresso Recycling Plus after 7 working days from your new membership activation. Coffee and recycling stamps collected during this period will appear after 14 working days from your2022 Nespresso Recycling Plus program registration.

  • Can I redeem stamps with purchases/recycling through orders made online, via the Customer Relationship Center or Road Shows?

    Coffee and recycling stamps may be redeemed at Nespresso Boutiques, Nespresso Trade Points and selected Nespresso Road Shows in Hong Kong Coffee and recycling stamps may also be redeemed through Nespresso Online Boutique ( www.nespresso.com and mobile applications) and orders placed through Nespresso Customer Service Hotline (Hong Kong: 8101 1007, Macau 0800 846).

  • What is the minimum purchase requirement to redeem the coffee stamp?

    You can redeem a coffee stamp with purchase of 10 sleeves of coffee during the program period, including at least 1 sleeve of Master Origins or Reviving Origins coffee. Make sure to subscribe to our newsletters to be notified for the latest Master Origins or Reviving Origins limited edition coffee. Alternatively, you can also purchase our Master Origins or Reviving Origins permanent coffee to fulfil the requirement.

  • How do I know if I am eligible for the gift?

    Subscribe to our online newsletters and SMS here with a valid email and mobile number in order to be notified of your gift redemption eligibility. Alternatively, you can seek the help of our Coffee Specialists in our Boutiques or via our Nespresso Customer Service Hotline (Hong Kong: 8101 1007, Macau 0800 846).

  • Can I use a Cash Voucher to purchase coffee and redeem a stamp for my Recycling Plus?

    Cash Voucher conditions may vary. Please verify the terms and conditions of the voucher and seek the help of our Coffee Specialists in our Boutiques or via our Nespresso Customer Service Hotline (Hong Kong: 8101 1007, Macau 0800 846) prior to using your cash voucher.

  • I am not always home when my coffee order is delivered. If someone else retrieves the order, can I still redeem recycling stamp during my absence?

    Yes, you can still redeem a recycling stamp even if someone else retrieves the coffee order delivery. Any pick-up of used capsules with an order delivery will be recorded in our system with the Member account who made the order. The recycling stamp(s) will appear on your 2022 Nespresso Recycling Plus if the pick-up of used capsule is eligible).

  • Can I use several 2022 Nespresso Recycling Plus profiles?

    The 2022 Nespresso Recycling Plus is linked with your Member number and each Member is entitled to redeem the 2022 Nespresso Recycling Plus stamps and gifts once only.

  • I handed my used capsules to the delivery person but they did not register this in their system and I lost one redeemed stamp. How can I get it back?

    If your stamp record is not successfully received after 14 working days, please seek the help of our Coffee Specialists in our Boutiques or via our Nespresso Customer Service Hotline (Hong Kong: 8101 1007, Macau 0800 846).

  • If I return more than one bag of used capsules at once, can I redeem more than one recycling stamp?

    Each bag of 30 or more used capsules may redeem one recycling stamp. If multiple bags of 30 or more used capsules are returned at the same time, multiple recycling stamps may be redeemed. For example, if 2 bags of used capsules are returned (60 used capsules in total), then 2 recycling stamps may be redeemed at the same time.


    If you are handing used capsules back to the delivery person, please confirm the number of bags of used capsules to the delivery person.

  • Can I redeem a gift if I have collected all recycling stamps and no coffee stamp / or the other way around?

    The first gift of Nespresso planting kit or HKD 20 discount can be redeemed with 5 recycling stamps. The second gift of Caran d’ Ache Pen OR HKD 100 discount can be redeemed with a coffee stamp and 10 recycling stamps. No gift can be redeemed with only a coffee stamp.

  • Can I change my gift if I am not satisfied with it?

    Gifts cannot be exchanged unless the product is defected. Terms and conditions apply.

  • Why is the gift that I received different from other Members?

    2022 Recycling Plus program gifts are available while stocks last. To ensure we can respond to all our Members’ feedback, Nespresso may modify the program mechanics and available gifts.

  • Until when can I redeem my gift?

    Recycling Plus gifts can be redeemed from 3 January 2023 - 28 February 2023. HKD 20 vouchers and HKD 100 vouchers are valid till 29 February 2024.
