This coffee is exclusively created with Fairtrade beans from Indonesia, more specifically from Aceh in the northern part of the Sumatra, where the beans undergo a unique wet-hulling process.
Roasting
We split roast this single origin coffee, with a medium and slightly short average roast. Split roasting this Sumatra coffee brings great aromatic complexity to the cup.
