Hazelnut Mocha with Barista Creations Nocciola

Hazelnut and chocolate are a match made in heaven. Barista Creations Nocciola brings a delicious nutty profile to the classic mocha recipe, with the addition of chocolate ensuring an indulgent touch.

COFFEE EXPERT TIP: By adding the chocolate to the bottom of your cup, you will ensure that the espresso will melt the chocolate into the espresso. Try dusting more chocolate over top of the espresso just before adding the milk for an even richer finish.

  • Milk
    100 ml
  • Chocolate Powder
    1 Teaspoon

  • Aeroccino3 Black Milk Frother

    Step 01
    Pour 100ml of milk into your milk device and froth on high froth setting.
    Step 02
    Place 1 tsp of chocolate powder in the bottom of the cup.
    Step 03
    Extract 40ml Barista Creations Nocciola into VIEW Cappuccino Cup, over the chocolate, and stir to melt the chocolate into the espresso.
    Step 04
    Pour hot frothed milk into the cup.
    Step 05
    Optional: Dust additional chocolate powder over top to garnish.
