With the Creatista Plus, not only can you make café-style favourites at the touch of a button – you’re now part of Nespresso’s realm of extraordinary coffee experiences.
Its intuitive user interface makes creating Long Blacks, Cappuccinos, Caffè Lattes, Latte Macchiatos and Flat Whites a cinch. Eight coffee preparation options – plus eight for milk texture and 11 for milk temperature – mean you can create your coffee, just the way you like it.

Take these two simple steps to maximise your Nespresso experience...
REGISTER YOUR MACHINE
Registering your machine will give you access to our two-year warranty, and to our Machine Assistance Program, to make your online experience simple and streamlined. New customers can register their machine during the account registration process. If you're an existing Nespresso customer, log into the My Account page, go to “My machines” and choose your model from the drop-down menu. (You'll need your machine serial number – it's the 19 alphanumeric characters printed on a sticker on the drip tray or on the back of your machine.)

Care & Maintenance
Top Care Tips
Regular maintenance is the best way to make sure your Creatista Plus delivers delicious coffee, cup after cup. Here are some top care tips:
Never use strong/abrasive solvents, sponges or cream cleansers on your coffee bean machine, and do not put any components in the dishwasher.
Empty and clean the drip tray and capsule container every day.
Clean the cup support regularly. (You remove it by first removing the capsule container, then unlocking the cup support, pulling the cup support forward and lifting it upwards to disengage from the machine).
Wipe the machine exterior with a clean damp cloth.
Remove the water tank and lid and clean with a mild, odourless detergent. Rinse with warm water.
Rinse and dry your milk jug after every use. Use a mild detergent, if necessary.

Descaling
It's also important to regularly descale your Nespresso Creatista Plus machine. Descaling gently removes the limescale that builds up in your machine over time and keeps your coffee always tasting great.
