The Piccolo takes the pure form of an Espresso and adds an equal portion of hot frothed milk to provide a beautiful velvety consistency with a strong aroma and body.
PREPARATION OF SPICED PICCOLO
- Combine raw cacao, raw sugar and clove powder in the bottom of a VIEW Lungo cup.
- Extract Master Origin Indonesia as an espresso and stir until the dry ingredients dissolve.
- Pour frothed milk half way up the cup.
- Dust the top with ground cinnamon.
- Add a cinnamon stick for stirring and savour.
INGREDIENTS
- - 1 capsule of Master Origin Indonesia
- - ½ tsp raw cacao powder
- - 1 sachet of raw sugar
- - A small pinch of ground cloves
- - A small pinch of ground cinnamon
- - ¼ cup of hot frothed milk, for a piccolo latte
- - 1 cinnamon stick
