The descaling agent gently eliminates the lime scale that builds up in your machine over time to ensure that your tasting experience is as perfect as the first day. - Keep out of reach of children.
- Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
- IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water
- IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
- Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician
- <5% phosphonates
IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS
- Never use vinegar as it can damage your machine.
- Never fill up the water tank during the descaling process.
- Do not swallow.
- After descaling: clean the appliance with a damp cloth.

The engraving service is exclusively offered at Nespresso Boutique Louise. This service is offered to all customers who have purchased an accessory from any of our Boutiques, our official website Nespresso.com, or through our customer service channel. The current accessories categories that can be engraved are the Vertuo Collection, the Travel mug S and the Pixie cups. Prior to engraving an accessory, payment of the accessory in question must be completed. Engravings can be made on used accessories, provided they are in pristine condition without any damage. Please note that once an accessory has been engraved, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
