Descale your machine approximately every 600 brewed coffees or refer to the user manual.
A simple process to care for your machine
We have created step by step assistance videos to guide you through the descaling process of your coffee machine. This process will take approximately 15 minutes. Please note that the descaling solution can be harmful.

Important Precautions

Never use vinegar. It can damage your coffee machine.

Never refill the water tank during the descaling process.

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water after handling.

Keep your descaling kits out of the reach of children.

L-(+)-lactic acid, <5% phosphonates.

Do no swallow descaling liquid
If consumed: Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician.

Descaling liquid can cause skin irritation
If on skin: Wash with plenty of water.

Descaling liquid can cause serious eye damage
If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
