- Yes, you can accumulate your credit if you don’t use it monthly. The remaining balance will be available until you decide to spend it.
- Yes, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your machine (cooling-off period).
- Call 0800 55 52 53 to cancel. The machine and products must be returned unused and in good condition. Your first payment and the price of the machine will be refunded.
- You’ll need to pay a termination fee, which is a fixed amount specified for each machine. This amount is stated in your subscription contract.
- You’ll keep the machine and any remaining credit, which can be used for up to two years after cancellation.
