The Emilia region is home to some of Italy’s most loved gastronomic exports, and this espresso embodies a taste and character worthy of joining the ranks.

A blend of arabicas and aobusta from Mexico, Brazil and beyond, Ispirazione Emilia is a beautifully complex coffee - intense and rich in woody notes with a touch of fresh acidity.

A coffee with distinct caramel and sweet toasted cereal notes, a touch of wood, spices and a hint of acidity.

Bitterness

Has a taste similar to cocoa or dark chocolate.
Can be perceived in the mouth at the back of the tongue.

Acidity

Offers a dry sensation in the mouth, evoking lemon.
Usually perceived on the sides of the tongue.

Body

Matches the weight and texture of a coffee as perceived in the mouth.
A full-bodied coffee has strength and gives an impression of fullness in the mouth.

Roasting

Corresponds to the coffee beans roasting intensity.
Generally between 170 and 230 degrees for a duration of 7 up to 15 minutes.

Origins

This blend combines arabicas from Brazil and Mexico with robustas to create a well-balanced coffee with some intensity.

Our programs help regenerate the environment where coffee grows. We source over 40% of our coffee from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms.

Roasting

Ispirazione Emilia is roasted in two batches separating arabicas from the robustas. The robustas receives a longer roast to create intensity for the blend.

Enjoy the perfect balance between coffee and milk with our latte macchiato. This creamy delight offers a harmonious blend of cereals, sweet notes and a round, medium-bodied milky texture.
