Over 2000 years ago, Panax ginseng was already praised in China as the 'king of herbs'. This rounded coffee with its sweet biscuit notes invites you to enjoy the legacy with every sip.

Caramel and biscuit cake notes, combined with the distinct taste of ginseng and its subtle earthy notes.

Contains negligible amounts of energy, fat, saturated fatty acids, carbohydrates, sugars, protein and salt.
Origins
For this blend, we use natural arabicas coming from Brazil in combination with fully-washed arabicas from Mexico and another Latin American origin. A touch of fine robusta from Uganda finishes of the blend.


Roasting
This split roast is composed of arabicas in the first batch for a light and short roast, while the second batch is a combination of arabica and a touch of robusta for a slightly longer and darker roast for roundness.

As a cappuccino, this coffee unfurls notes of caramel and cookie, combined with a creamy, generous texture.
