Diavolitto
This short devil of a coffee capsule is an intense, powerful espresso, definitely packed with character. Oak and leather aromas punch through the creamy texture of Diavolitto's blend of Robustas, including washed Guatemalan Robusta, and Latin American Arabicas.
Origin
A blend of Robusta and Arabica coffee beans from Central and South America including Brazil, which is both intense and potent. The intensity of the Robusta is balanced by the smoothness of the Brazilian Arabica beans, making this an espresso you'll want to sip slowly throughout the day.
Roasting
Diavolitto is an intensely roasted blend that delights with its bitterness and dense body. The clear aroma and infusion are the result of the separate roasting of its beans, which highlights their aromatic specificities. The end result is a powerful espresso, but which retains its sweetness thanks to a very good balance.
