Can I switch to a different plan if I want to?

Yes. You can change your plan whenever you like. You can do it by logging into your online account at www.nespresso.com. If you would like help, we offer personal services through our digital channels, by calling our free number 900 259 259 from Monday to Sunday from 7 am to 11 pm and at all our boutiques.

What will happen to the credit in my Nespresso account if I don’t use it?

You will be able to use the credit in your previous Nespresso Plan account for 24 months.

Is there a lock-in period if I subscribe?

No, there is no minimum lock-in period for the coffee subscription plans.

Must all my orders be sent to the same address? Do I always have to use the same delivery address?

Your subscription is not linked to a specific order, so you can change the delivery address to suit your needs. You can have your orders sent wherever you like.

Can I change the payment method of my subscription?

You can only pay for your subscription with a credit/debit card (no other payment methods are accepted). You can change your card whenever you like, following these steps: Subscription/Details of the subscription / Method of Payment, you’ll find the Edit Payment Method option in this section, where you can change a new card.

What if I need fewer capsules in one month?

You can leave the credit balance in your account and use it at a later date. There is no obligation to spend all your monthly credit at once or during the current month.

What is I need more coffee one month?

If you want to order more coffee than your monthly instalment, you can pay the excess by debit card or payment on receipt.

Will I get free delivery on all my orders while I have an active subscription?

Yes. You will enjoy free “standard delivery” on all your orders for the duration of your subscription, regardless of your chosen method of payment. To use this benefit, you must order at least 50 capsules or five sleeves of original coffee.

What will happen to my instalment if I return/cancel all or part of an order?

If you return or cancel an order, the price will be returned via the same method of payment.

Is the coffee discount % applied to my Subscription Plan stated in the invoice?

Your bill will show details of the coffee discount applied to your order with the subscription.
