This dry-processed coffee is sourced in the sunny landscapes of Ethiopia.
We roast this coffee in two splits. Overall, it is light and medium roasted to keep the more delicate notes alive and singing through the unveiled wilder, heavier aromatics.
Recipe with milk (Reverso): Adding milk to this coffee highlights its enticing blueberry and flowery notes.
