Origin

This 100% Arabica blend gets its coffee mostly from Ethiopia and Indonesia.

Roasting

The first part of this blend gets a light and short roast to enhance the delicate notes typical of Ethiopian Arabica. The second gets a medium roast to bring balance and roundness to the cup. We add the flavour after roasting.
