What are your opening times?
We are open Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm.
Can I recycle my coffee pods from Nespresso at The Nespresso Bar?
Yes you can! We have a recycling point available for capsule drop-off.
Can I buy your in-home range at the Nespresso Bar?
We offer a selected range of both Original and Vertuo capsules as well as accessories at The Nespresso Bar. You can also check our store locator to find your nearest boutique.
Is your coffee organic? Where does it come from?
While not all our coffee is certified organic, we are
committed to ethical sourcing practices through the Nespresso AAA Sustainable Quality™ Program. Organic
certification is regulated by law. It focuses on key practices during the coffee
growing
process, some of which are also included in the AAA Sustainable Quality™
Program.
Our coffee selection at The Nespresso Bar includes a variety of blends sourced from
Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, Guatemala, and other countries within the coffee belt.
We are proud to offer one certified organic blend (Colombia Organic) at our coffee bar, for those who prefer
organic options.
Our menu also features a Recipe of the Month and refreshing iced drinks where we may
showcase different blends and coffee roasters.
What blend is the right one for me?
At the Nespresso Bar, you're spoiled for choice. Whether you crave intense, balanced, smooth, fruity, or decaffeinated takeaway coffee, we have the perfect blend for you. If you're into bold flavours, try our RISTRETTO. For a balanced taste with a touch of sweetness, go for FORTE. Prefer something smoother? Give our GUATEMALA blend a try. For fruity notes, opt for COLOMBIA ORGANIC. And if you want to skip the caffeine but not the flavour, our DECAFFEINATO blend is the one for you.

Do you sell food at the Nespresso Bar?
We offer a selection of pastries at The Nespresso Bar, baked by Galeta. We have a selection of croissants, pains au chocolat, cinnamon buns and doughnuts. All our products are handcrafted and baked fresh each morning using 100% natural ingredients.
Do you offer a discount if I bring my own cup?
If you bring your own cup we will give you a 25p discount on your hot drink of choice. If you buy one of our travel mugs available at our coffee bar, the hot drink is on us.
I'd like to return an item I purchased at the Nespresso Bar or make a complaint
You can return your item and get a refund at The Nespresso Bar. For queries please get in touch via email at Nespresso.bar@nespresso.com.
What payment methods do you accept and can I use Nespresso credit?
We accept card payments only. Currently, we are unable to use your Nespresso account credit as payment.
