Brew your capsule as a Ristretto into the cappuccino cup.

LET'S MAKE IT

Froth up your milk using an Aeroccino, or milk device integrated in your Nespresso machine.

Fill the View Mug with frothed milk.

Brew the single espresso capsule into the glass on top of the milk. The milk and coffee will separate into three layers.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Coconut Flavour Over Ice Capsule
  • 150ml MILK or your preferred dairy alternative
  • 10ml Almond Syrup*
  • 3 Ice Cubes
  • ½ Tsp Blue Spirulina Powder
  • Edible Cornflower Petals, to garnish (optional)

MATERIALS

  • Original Machine
  • Nespresso Barista Device
  • Small Barista Recipe Glass

LET'S MAKE IT

1. Add 3 ice cubes, almond syrup and 50ml milk into the barista recipe glass.

2. Add remaining milk into the barista milk device with the spirulina powder and froth using the ‘’Espresso on Ice Macchiato’’ setting.

3. Pour cold milk foam into the barista recipe glass and extract the coffee on top as an espresso.

4. Garnish using edible flowers.

5. Serve & enjoy.

1. In the Barista, add milk and marshmallow fluff and froth using the Latte Macchiato Setting.
