 This was the inspiration behind our new BARISTA CREATIONS range.

 Inspired by the expertise of the world’s finest baristas, our ambition was to make it easy for you to create perfectly crafted coffee and milk recipes in the comfort of your home, with three new coffees specially designed to work beautifully with milk.

 It all starts with getting the coffee blend just right…

 So we took a meticulous new approach, studying how coffee and milk interact with each other. Then we carefully selected some of the finest coffee origins and designed unique roasting parameters for each blend.

Inspired by the dark roasted tastes and thick textures created by the expert baristas of Spain, we selected a blend of African Arabicas and Robusta, and roasted them long and dark to create a powerful, full-bodied taste, which becomes smoother and creamier with a splash of milk.

Aromatic profile: very dark, spicy and roasted

Recommended recipe: a Cortado

(40ml of coffee & 10-20ml hot milk & 2 small spoons of milk froth)
