How to switch ON/ OFF the device?
- Press any arrows buttons to switch the device ON again, the display will start again.
To turn off your device before the auto off, press and hold the main button for 5 seconds.
How do I access "the hidden menu"?
- Press simultaneously the 2 arrows for 3 seconds.
How do I change the language of the device?
- Press simultaneously the 2 arrows for 3 seconds. Language: choose your language
by navigating via the arrows and confirm with the center button.
What type of milk should I use?
- For optimal milk froth, use cold semi skimmed cow milk at refrigerated temperature (about 4-6 °C).
To guarantee hygiene conditions, use heat treated milk (pasteurized), refrigerated & freshly opened only. Milk which has been frozen will not froth.
To ensure hygienic conditions and proper maintenance of the equipment, it is highly recommended to not use special enriched milks,
powdered reconstituted milks nor flavoured milks.
Can I add other ingredients than milk, such as coffee, sugar, syrup, chocolate, ice cubes etc… in the jug while it's preparing a recipe?
- Yes, they can be added. Suitable Ingredients: coffee, chocolate, chocolate flakes, honey, syrup, flavoured powders, sugar, ice cubes.
How to clean my device?
Hand washing:
- Wash inner jug, seal, lid and whisk with detergent and rinse with warm/hot water.
- Do not use abrasive material that might damage the surface of the equipment.
Make sure to remove the warning label before cleaning the whisk.
Dishwashing: - Put all parts except the power base in the dishwasher at maximum 70°C / 158°F.
- Watch out: - Do not use any strong or abrasive solvent, sponge or cream cleaner.
- Do not put the base in the dishwasher.
- Never immerse the base in water or any other liquid.
- Clean the device with a clean damp cloth only.
