 This was the inspiration behind our new BARISTA CREATIONS range.

 Inspired by the expertise of the world’s finest baristas, our ambition was to make it easy for you to create perfectly crafted coffee and milk recipes in the comfort of your home, with three new coffees specially designed to work beautifully with milk.

 It all starts with getting the coffee blend just right…

 So we took a meticulous new approach, studying how coffee and milk interact with each other. Then we carefully selected some of the finest coffee origins and designed unique roasting parameters for each blend.

Taking our inspiration from Melbourne baristas – the masters of robust, but perfectly balanced tastes – we chose Arabicas from Colombia and Ethiopia and then split-roasted them in a very contrasting manner, to create an intense, roasted coffee taste that balances perfectly with milk.
