The blend is made from coffee beans dried in the sun until they separate from the fruit.
Ethiopian coffee farmers take pride in their traditional processing methods,
which they have been using since before any other country of origin.
Roasting
The coffee beans in this blend are roasted using a split roast:
some beans are roasted in a balanced roast and some in a particularly delicate roast,
to create complex, delicate aromas and light, mildly sweet flavors.
