Our goal was to build long-term and direct relationships with coffee farmers from the world’s best coffee growing regions, and improve their productivity, sustainability as well as coffee quality. As of 2019, we have more than 100,000 coffee farmers in 13 coffee growing countries participating in this initiative. We source more than 93% of our permanent coffee through the Nespresso AAA Sustainable Quality™ Program.
