Here is what you need
Ingredients

1 x Tropical Coconut Flavour Over Ice coffee capsule (230ml)
1/3 teaspoon of Dragon Fruit or Strawberry powder (optional)
80ml of 1.5% cold milk
7 x Ice cubes (30g each)
15ml Lavender syrup
Slices of coconut or shaved coconut
Let's make it!
Into an Alto Mug, put 7 ice cubes (30g each) and 15ml of lavender syrup.
Add 1/3 of a teaspoon of Dragon Fruit powder / Strawberry powder (optional) into 80ml of 1.5% cold milk and stir.
Pour the coloured milk into the mug, and stir gently.
Brew one Tropical Coconut Flavour Over Ice coffee capsule (230ml) over the milk using your Vertuo machine.
Top with slices of coconut or shaved coconut flakes
