Seaside Breeze
Inspired by Summer, our latest recipe California Dreams Seaside Breeze
Here is what you need
Ingredients
1 x Coconut Flavour Over Ice coffee capsule (40ml)
½ teaspoon of Blue Butterfly Pea Flower powder (optional)
10ml Lavender syrup
3 x Ice cubes (30g each)
120ml of 1.5% Milk
Let's make it!
Into a Nespresso Barista device* or Barista Shaker pour 120ml of 1.5% milk
Add ½ teaspoon of Blue Butterfly Pea Flower powder (optional).
Close the lid, select the ‘Espresso On Ice Macchiato’ recipe, and press the start button, or add items to Barista shaker with ice and shake for 1 minute.
Into a Small Barista Recipe Glass, place 3 ice cubes (30g each) and add 10ml of lavender syrup.
Into the Small Barista Recipe Glass, add 90ml of cold milk on top of the ice. Add the foam from the Nespresso Barista device over the top.
Use your Original machine to brew a 40ml espresso of the Coconut Flavour Over Ice coffee capsule into the glass, and stir.
