Juicy Watermelon Fizz
California Dreams Summer presents our latest Juicy Watermelon Fizz recipe
Here is what you need
Ingredients
1 x Juicy Watermelon Over Ice coffee capsule (80ml)
Pieces of watermelon (cubes or balls, frozen or fresh)
7 x Ice cubes (30g each)
15ml Cane sugar syrup
150ml Sparking water
6 x Mint leaves
Let's make it!
Into a Large Barista Recipe Glass, add 6 ice cubes (30g each) and a few pieces of watermelon.
Pour in 15ml of cane sugar syrup and add 6 fresh mint leaves, then top with 150ml of sparkling water and stir gently.
Into the Nespresso Barista Device*, add 1 ice cube (30g) and brew the Juicy Watermelon Over Ice coffee capsule (80ml) on top of it using your Vertuo machine.
Close the lid of the Nespresso Barista Device and select the ‘Iced Nitro’
Press the start button. Once completed, Gently pour this into the Large Barista Recipe Glass, over the mixture
