RETURNS
Need to send something back to us? No problem. Returns are easy with Nespresso. Please keep your original till slip/or repair slip as no exchange, refund, or repair can be made without proof of purchase/repair.

Machine & Accessories	You have the right to return or exchange machines and accessories Purchased from Nespresso within 10 (ten) days from the receipt of your Order, provided they are unused and in a saleable condition in original undamaged packaging. Nespresso Machines purchased from our Trade Partners should be returned to the specific Trade Partner under their own Returns Policy.
Coffee	Coffee capsules are non refundable or exchangeable.
