Master Origin Ethiopia is created with delicate floral Arabica’s, outlined by the signature blueberry notes coming from its natural drying process. In the western highlands of Ethiopia, farmers spread the harvested coffee cherry out across raised drying beds, a traditional processing method used for longer by Ethiopians than anyone else. For up to four weeks, their coffee is cradled in the sun as farmers carefully hand-turn it at regular intervals to ensure it dries evenly.
Ethiopia is a naturally flowery coffee that gains fruitiness and complexity from its signature drying method, revealing ripe blueberry notes and a hint of musk.

FLORAL AND DELICATE
Breathe in the scent of this Master Origins coffee: can you smell that incredible floral aroma?
And the wild blueberry and light musky notes?
They all come from the processing with natural method and the drying in the sun of the Arabica coffee chosen for this blend.
Ethiopian growers have used the dry processing method longer than anyone else.
For up to four weeks, the sun shines on Arabica coffee, as growers turn it carefully, and by hand, at regular intervals, to ensure it dries evenly to deliver varying levels of sweetness and ripe fruit flavors, which penetrate in the heart of Ethiopian coffee beans.
Master Origins Ethiopia has been awarded as Best Coffee in single origin capsule in the Chameleon Guide for the coherence between aromas and reference origin, pleasantness to the touch and high quality of the aftertaste.
the Chameleon Guide is the first cultural review project of the Italian roasting companies' coffees, which aims to present to the coffee-loving consumer the various references produced by numerous excellent Italian roasting companies.
