The Latissima One (F121) is a machine that allows you to enjoy two types of coffee and three latte recipes. With two coffee buttons, you can extract espresso and lungo. With one milk recipe button, you can create espresso macchiato, cappuccino, and latte macchiato. The three markings on the milk container indicate the optimal amount of milk for each recipe. When making a milk recipe, simply fill the milk container up to the desired marking and press the button. The Latissima One is equipped with a milk system that extracts the perfect cup, using all the milk in the container to make the milk recipe easily. To create the optimal milk foam, you can use refrigerated low-fat or non-fat milk, as well as plant-based beverages such as soy, almond, or oat milk.

Coffee volume programing with the machine is very easy. Simply touch and hold the Espresso or Lungo button for at least 3 sec to enter the programming mode. Brewing starts and button blinks fast (programming mode). Release button when desired volume is reached.

Coffee volume can be programmed from 25 to 150 ml.

The milk jug is composed of 5 parts only and can be easily disassembled and cleaned in the dishwasher.

The black window is a sensor that detects the remaining quantity of milk in the jug. The sensor allows the machine to automatically stop the milk frothing process when the milk jug is empty.
