Roasting
The first split gets the majority of the volume and is composed of Arabicas from Nicaragua and Colombia and a portion of Robusta. The roasting profile preserves the finer aromatics. The second split is composed exclusively of arabicas, both regular and decaffeinated, to maintain a moderate level of caffeine, and is roasted to a similar degree to the first.
