Through a meticulous split roasting process, the milk and smooth Ugandan Robusta harmoniously balance the sweet profile of the Latin American Arabicas, resulting in the round and satisfying cup of Double Espresso Dolce.
This coffee shines when paired with milk to create a larger cappuccino or latte - bringing forth the sweet aromatics of vanilla and caramel, and a subtle hint of roasted bitterness.
ORIGIN
Latin American Arabicas deliver a delicious malty toasted cereal note, while the Ugandan Robusta rounds out the blend by softening its sweetness
ROASTING
Arabicas are roasted light and short in the first batch, while a combination of Arabica and Robusta get a slightly longer and darker roast. The Robustas add roundness to the blend
