Odacio derives its cereal note from the Nicaraguan Arabica, while a daring touch of Ethiopian Arabica adds a delightful splash of acidity and delicate fruitiness. To ensure the perfect balance, we meticulously split roast the coffees in this Vertuo capsule. The body and structure of the blend was developed through a long and light roast, while preserving the vibrant acidity and captivating aromatics.
ORIGIN
A blend of Central American and African Arabicas. Nicaraguan beans give this coffee its cereal note, while Ethiopian beans add some acidity and delicate fruitiness
ROASTING
The Nicaraguan beans get a long roast to develop its cereal notes and to create structure and body. The Ethiopian beans also get a long - yet light - roast to reveal more delicate notes
