You can make espressos to larger cups with Vertuo - from a short Espresso, a smooth Gran Lungo, an indulgent Coffee or a bigger cup of Alto topped with smooth and generous crema. Behind the scenes, the technology uses gentle Centrifusion™ extraction, recognising each capsule and adapting the parameters accordingly to create your perfect coffee style.

With Original, you can also enjoy the same smooth, authentic taste of your coffee - from Ristretto, Espresso, Lungo, to Americano and milk recipes. Original machines use a high-pressure 19 bar extraction system to release the fresh aromas from each capsule.

For the best possible result when you’re frothing milk, use pasteurised full cream or skimmed milk at refrigerated temperature. Ideally, you should use the milk jug provided with the machine to achieve the exact temperature and texture you want.

• Descale your machine at least once a year or after 600 capsules. Nespresso offers a descaling kit that is specially designed for your Nespresso machine.

• Eject your capsules after each use
• Change the water tank regularly, and refill with fresh drinking water
• Empty and clean the capsule container and drip tray on a regular basis
• For integrated milk devices, activate the cleaning procedure after each use
• Before your first coffee, brew water without a capsule by pressing any coffee button. When you do this, you pre-heat your coffee cup while rinsing the extraction system for a better coffee experience.

Nespresso machines comes with a 2-year warranty and Nespresso Assistance Package upon registration.

You can register your machine through the Nespresso website during the registration process or if you already have an online account, login to your account and click on 'My Machine'.

If your machine requires repair, we offer a full-service Assistance Package which includes complimentary pick up and repair of your machine and its return to your address of choice. Flat fee rates apply if the Nespresso machine is no longer under warranty.

All Nespresso capsules are made from aluminium and can be recycled. Drop them off at your nearest Nespresso Boutique or fill your recycling bag with used capsules and give it to the courier when he delivers your coffee order.
