Behind the scenes, the technology uses gentle Centrifusion™ extraction, recognising each capsule and adapting the parameters accordingly to create your perfect coffee style.

With Original, you can also enjoy the same smooth, authentic taste of your coffee - from Ristretto, Espresso, Lungo, to Americano and milk recipes. Original machines use a high-pressure 19 bar extraction system to release the fresh aromas from each capsule.

Yes of course, it depends on what you are looking for, e.g. intense coffee will preserve their roasted character in contrast with lighter coffee that evolve more under the influence of milk. Intense coffee have the unique ability to retain their roasty, smoky and pleasing bitterness, even with the addition of milk into recipes. All the Nespresso machines are equipped with a 19-bar pressure pump, which provides the power needed to pierce the film of the capsule and release the coffee's 900 or so different aromas. The shape of the Nespresso capsule has been specially designed to ensure that the pressurized water flows evenly through the ground coffee during extraction. The temperature and flow time are also set to ensure that each precious aroma is expressed.

Nespresso machines comes with a 2-year warranty and Nespresso Assistance Package upon registration.

If your machine requires repair, we offer a full-service Assistance Package which includes complimentary pick up and repair of your machine and its return to your address of choice. Flat fee rates apply if the Nespresso machine is no longer under warranty.

All Nespresso capsules are made from aluminium and can be recycled. Drop them off at your nearest Nespresso Boutique or fill your recycling bag with used capsules and give it to the courier when he delivers your coffee order.
