ROASTING
To create intensity and complexity, we use the split roast technique for this coffee. The first part consists exclusively of Arabicas and we roast it lightly, the second part is a mix of Arabicas and Robustas. We roast it darker to develop body and roasted flavours.
MILK DESCRIPTION
Although this coffee is not specifically designed to be drunk with milk, it is recommended as a double cappuccino. You can expect delicious notes of sweetness, grain and nuts.
