- 40 ml Altissio Decaffeinato /Altisso coffee capsule
- 10 ml date syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 90 ml Oatly Barista Edition oat drink
- 90 g ice
- Garnish: toffee/fudge cube

Nespresso Vertuo POP Machine
Nespresso Barista Recipe Glass, Large (480 ml)
Aeroccino Black Milk Frother
Directions
Pour 120 ml of Oatly Barista Edition oat drink directly into the Nespresso Aeroccino device. Close the lid and press for cold foam.
Put 3 Nespresso ice cubes (90 g) and add 10 ml of date syrup into the Barista Recipe Glass.
Extract 40 ml of Altissio coffee.
Pour the textured cold Oatly Barista Edition oat drink cold foam over it.
Garnish with toffee/fudge on stick.
