Double Espresso Scuro

Double Espresso Scuro is a highly roasted blend of both Arabica and Robusta, that gives a smoky character with dark cocoa and subtle vanilla notes. The richness of the Robusta, with the same caffeine levels of our existing Vertuo coffees, is thanks to a blend of regular and decaffeinated coffee. Cocoa and vanilla notes come out with the addition of milk.

Origin

This intense blend is created using Robustas from and other origins, in combination with Arabicas from Costa Rica.

Roasting

We separate Robustas and Arabicas but give them both a full roast to develop the intense cocoa notes and the smoky character of this coffee.
