What is Machine Plus subscription?

It is a new way of onboarding and welcoming you to the world of Nespresso, with an offer for a machine of your choice at a low price. This offer comes with a 12 or 24 month contract, depending on which machine you purchase and each month you will pay a fee. Your monthly fee becomes a reoccurring credit that you can use to buy Nespresso coffee or accessories with.

Will I own the machine after signing the Machine Plus subscription contract?

Yes, you will own the machine from day one of the start of your subscription and delivery of your machine.

Does the machine have the same warranty as a machine purchased outright when purchase through Machine Plus subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the warranty is exactly the same whether you buy your machine on subscription or not.

How is the Machine Plus subscription credit applied?

Accepted Answer

When you agree to the terms and conditions of your subscription plan, you also become a Nespresso Member. This generates a Nespresso Member number for you. The credit is applied every month, using your chosen payment method and monthly fee, directly and automatically on your Nespresso account. You can check your Credit online on your profile at Nespresso.com, by calling Nespresso or visiting your nearest Boutique.

How soon is the Machine Plus subscription credit applied after the monthly payment has been taken?

Nespresso credit (paid from the linked Debit/Credit Card) will be added to your Nespresso account that is linked to your membership each month, within 5 business days of the receipt of the monthly fee in cleared funds.

Can Machine Plus subscription credit be accumulated on my Nespresso account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your Nespresso credit can be accumulated. You do not need to use it each month. In addition, you can also use only part of your credit, the remainder will be available to use on your next purchase. Your credit will remain valid on your account for the duration of your subscription plan and for 12 months afterwards. At the end of this period any unused credit will be automatically converted to Nespresso capsules and sent to you.

If I change my mind, can I cancel my Machine Plus subscription with no fees?

If you change your mind on the subscription you have bought, there will be a termination fee. Please refer to the terms and conditions for termination fees.

What happens if I need to cancel my Machine Plus subscription halfway through my contract agreement?

How long will I benefit from free delivery with a Machine Plus subscription?

Accepted Answer

You will benefit from free standard delivery on 50 capsules or more for the duration of your contract (12 or 24 months). Please note, the minimum order quantity to receive free delivery is 50 capsules. Once your contract ends, or if you have chosen to cancel, you will need to order at least 100 capsules to benefit from free standard delivery.

I already own a machine, are there any subscriptions available without machines?

Can the Machine Plus subscription club credit be used in conjunction with other Nespresso machine promotions?

No. Machine Subscription cannot be used in conjunction with any other Nespresso machine offer or machine promotion.

Do I have to return the machine if I cancel my Machine Plus subscription half way through my contractual agreement?

No, you only have to pay termination fee.

What will happen at end of the fixed-term Machine Plus subscription contract?

Accepted Answer

Your Nespresso subscription plan will automatically roll on a month-to-month basis. Nespresso reserves the right to continue payments of the initial contractual value on a monthly basis until a notification of cancellation is received. After the 18 or 24 month term term (depending on the machine model selected), the Nespresso machine is yours to keep. Any unused Nespresso Credit will be automatically converted to Nespresso capsules and sent to you.
