  • The Nespresso Gift Card can be used to pay for orders online at Nespresso.com, at Nespresso Boutiques, using the Nespresso mobile app or by calling the Nespresso Hotline (the free Nespresso customer service line, available at 800 515 253). The Nespresso Gift Card will not be accepted at Nespresso partners such as Media Markt, Media Expert etc.

  • In Nespresso Boutiques, please show the card to our Boutique Specialist before performing your payment. When ordering online, please provide the Gift Card barcode numbers and its secret code. You enter these codes in the corresponding fields during the payment process. If you order via our service hotline, please inform your Nespresso contact person of the bar & scratch code.

  • You can use the Nespresso Gift Card to pay for all or part of the order's amount. In the latter case, you can complete the payment with one additional method.

  • Yes. As long as your Nespresso Gift Card's balance is positive and has not expired, you can use it.

  • Yes, you can pay for one order with several Nespresso Gift Cards.

  • Yes, you can use the Nespresso Gift Card to purchase any product available in our Nespresso Boutiques or online.

  • The validity of the Nespresso Gift Card expires when the expiry date is reached. Remaining credit balances cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash (in the form of cash or cash transfer) or for funds in your Nespresso account.

  • The Nespresso Gift Cards are not returnable.

  • The Nespresso Gift Card is only valid in its country of purchase and in its currency of purchase. Nespresso will not accept Gift Cards purchased in other countries.

  • The Card Owner is responsible for using the Nespresso Gift Card. In case of losing the card or in case it is stolen, a new Nespresso Gift Card is not issued.

  • Yes, you can cancel or return an order that you have paid with the Nespresso Gift Card. The corresponding amount will be credited to your Nespresso account.
