If you require assistance, contact the Nespresso Club on: 800 51 52 53 (toll free from any landline) and receive personalised technical diagnosis and support.

If required, the Nespresso Club offers a full-service Assistance Package which includes complimentary pick up and repair of your machine and its return to your address of choice.

  1. Nespresso can pick-up your machine at your preferred address.
  2. Nespresso can provide you with a loan machineLoan machines exclude milk frothers or milk devices while yours is being assessed, so you never have to go without your coffee.
  3. The machine will be returned back to the pick-up address and all repairs are covered with a six-month warranty.
