Roasting process
The robustas in Ristretto go through a long roast to develop body and a pleasantly bitter cocoa note. The arabicas go though a quicker roast to keep the bright acidity and fruity notes alive.
Origins
This complex blend is created using Arabicas from Brazil and Colombia, in combination with Robustas from other sources including East Africa.
Our recommendation
Our capsules are made of 80% recycled aluminium
This is part of our continued journey towards circularity, going further to minimize waste and maximize the reuse of product materials
