Caramello Apple Brûlée Cappuccino
The delicate sweetness of caramel, the juiciness of apples and the unique taste of creamy cappuccino create an unforgettable composition that will provide a real delight for the palate.
INGREDIENTS
• Caramello coffee 40 ml (1 pc)
• Milk 1,5% (100 ml)
• Caramel sauce (5 g)
• Brown sugar (2 g)
• Fresh apple (40 g)
ACCESSORIES
• Barista cup Small
• Barista device
• Burner
HOW TO PREPARE THIS RECIPE?
Pour cold milk directly into the Barista machine (to the lowest level). Close the lid, select the cappuccino recipe on the machine and press the start button.
Add the caramel sauce to the bottom of the cup.
Brew 40 ml of Caramello coffee on top.
Use the spoon of the barista device to add hot milk froth to the coffee.
Garnish with brown sugar. Using a blowtorch, caramelise the sugar on top.
Add a freshly sliced apple for mousse.
