Rich Chocolate Pear & Almond Viennois

A unique coffee recipe that combines the intense taste of chocolate, the sweetness of pears and the crunchiness of almonds. It's a perfect combination that provides an unforgettable taste experience and would be ideal as a dessert or warming drink.

INGREDIENTS

• Rich Chocolate coffee 230 ml (1 pc)

• Milk 1,5% (100 ml)

• Chocolate sauce (15 g)

• Roasted almond flakes (5 g)

• Pears in syrup (25 g)

ACCESSORIES

• Vertuo mug

• Barista device

• Wooden stick

HOW TO PREPARE THIS RECIPE?

Step
01

Pour cold milk directly into the Barista machine (to the lowest level). Close the lid, select the cappuccino recipe on the machine and press the start button.

Brew 230ml of Rich Chocolate coffee into a mug.

Use the spoon of your barista device to add hot froth to the top of your coffee.

Decorate with a pear in syrup on a wooden stick.

Add the roasted flaked almonds and pour over the chocolate sauce.
