Vaniglia Pumpkin Affogatto
The combination of delicate vanilla, aromatic pumpkin and intense espresso creates an extraordinary composition that will provide an unforgettable taste experience.
INGREDIENTS
• Vaniglia coffee 110 ml (1 pc)
• Milk 1,5% (100 ml)
• Vanilla ice cream (100 g)
• Pumpkin seeds (5 g)
• Pumpkin seed oil (5 g)
ACCESSORIES
• Reveal Ice Glass
• Barista device
• Ice cream spoon
HOW TO PREPARE THIS RECIPE?
Pour cold milk directly into the Barista machine (to the lowest level). Close the lid, select the viennois recipe on the machine and press the start button.
Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream to a glass of Reveal Ice.
On top, brew 110 ml of Vaniglia coffee.
Pour the cold foam directly onto the coffee.
Garnish with pumpkin seeds on top and pumpkin seed oil.
Enjoy your coffee!
