INFORMATION ON COLLECTION OF USED EQUIPMENT

Nestlé Polska S.A. (NESPRESSO Branch in Warsaw), in the performance of its obligations under the Act of September 11, 2015 on waste electrical and electronic equipment (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1893), hereby informs its clients:

  • 1. We collect used equipment from households free of charge in our NESPRESSO boutiques, as long as the used equipment is of the same type and performed the same functions as the equipment we sell; If we deliver household equipment to the buyer, we collect used equipment free of charge equipment from households in the place where we deliver our equipment, if used the equipment is of the same type and performed the same functions as the equipment provided by us;
  • 2. We do not collect incomplete waste equipment or parts from waste equipment; behind incomplete waste equipment is considered waste equipment that does not contain any essential components purpose of the equipment for which it was designed, components, subassemblies and materials consumables, constituting part of the equipment from which the used equipment was created, on the date of introduction to marketing of this equipment.
  • 3. We reserve the right to refuse to accept used equipment due to its contamination poses a threat to the health or life of people accepting used equipment. In this case, the holder waste equipment should be handed over to the waste equipment collector or plant operator processing.

Every commune should have a free collection point for used equipment. Information about the nearest locations can be found on the website or notice board of the Commune Office.
