Provençal Ice Intenso Lemonade
Need something refreshing? Get the feel of France in this Provençal floral and citrus sparkler made with Ice Intenso. Why not create a beautiful and refreshing layered lemonade with a touch of lavender. As you taste the delicate foam, a surprising vanilla note finally reveals itself.

Preparation
- 1Brew a capsule of Ice Intenso over 1 tsp of fresh or dried lavender, in a VIEW Recipe glass. Let it infuse for 2 minutes before straining it into a shaker and adding one ice cube. Seal the shaker
and shake vigorously.
- 2Add 4 ice cubes and a slice of lemon into your glass, then pour 15 ml of vanilla syrup, 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 100 ml sparkling water. Stir Gently.
- 3Pour the cold coffee on top, and garnish with a fresh spring of lavender.

- 1 Ice Intenso capsule
- 5/150g ice cubes
- 100 ml sparkling water
- 15 ml vanilla syrup
- 1 tsp fresh or dried lavender
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 lemon slice
- Optional: 1 sprig of fresh lavender
