ORIGIN
For this blend, we combine natural arabicas from Brazil and fully washed arabicas from Colombia.
ROASTING
A light split roast with a short average duration. The second split pushes the roasting a bit further to develop intensity.
AROMATIC PROFILE
A delicate and sweet blend with mild cereal and nutty notes, fine acidity and fruitness.
