LET'S BEGIN!

Pour the cold milk directly into the Barista device (down to the lowest level). Close the lid, select the cappuccino recipe and press the start button.

Add agave syrup to the bottom of a small barista cup.

40 ml of Barista Creations Nocciola is extracted on top.

Pour the hot foam directly onto the coffee.

Garnish with fresh grated lemon peel.

Brown Sugar 2gr.
Apple 40 gr.
Milk 1.5% 100 ml.
Caramello: 1 capsule
LET'S BEGIN!

Pour the cold milk directly into the Barista device (down to the lowest setting). Close the lid, select the cappuccino recipe and press the start button.

Add the caramel sirop to the bottom of a small barista cup.

Caramello (40 ml) is extracted on top.

Using the barista spoon, add hot milk foam to the coffee.

Garnish with brown sugar on top. Caramelize the sugar on top with a burner.

Add the freshly sliced apple on top of the foam.

Put the crushed hazelnuts in a plate; spread the honey on the edge of the cup. Dip the rim of the cup into the hazelnuts, shaking off the excess.

Honey is poured into the bottom of the Vertuo cup, then the cold herbal oat drink is poured.
