Iced Salted Caramel Latte

The salted element of this drink enhances the luscious sweetness of the caramel flavours.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Caffè Caramello capsule
  • 5 ml of caramel sauce, plus more for garnish
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 100 ml of cold milk
  • 90 g of ice
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
ACCESSORY
  • 1 Recipe glass
  • 1 cocktail shaker
DIRECTIONS
  1. Extract 1 Caffè Caramello coffee (40 ml, espresso size) into the shaker, add caramel sauce and stir to dissolve.
  2. Place sea salt, cold milk and 45 g of ice into the shaker. Swirl until coffee is no longer hot before closing the shaker and shake well.
  3. Place remaining ice into the Recipe glass and pour the contents of shaker into the Recipe glass.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
