1. DECAFFEINATED COFFEE BEANS

 We first start with unroasted coffee beans and transfer out the caffeine. These beans are then used to create decaffeinated coffee.

2. SAVE EXTRACTED CAFFEINE

 We isolate the caffeine extract and save it for green coffee in the Melozio Boost blend.

3. STEAM-TREAT BOOST COFFEE BEANS

 We then give the green coffee beans selected for the Melozio Boost blend a steam treatment, to allow the entry of caffeine molecules into the unroasted beans.

4. INFUSE THE BOOST COFFEE BEANS WITH CAFFEINE EXTRACT

 We infuse the beans with the caffeine extract to raise the coffee’s total caffeine content. Now the beans are ready for roast to create Melozio Boost with approximately 200 mg of caffeine
