The subtropical island of Kyushu is home to Japanese green tea, providing the ideal climate to cultivate this JAPANESE GREEN TEA SENCHA. Following the traditional process, the Sencha leaves are steamed, rolled, and dried, thus preserving their aromas, refreshing flavor, and delicately green fragrance. Boil 200ml of water at 70º/80ºC and let the infusion steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
