Melozio Go

Smooth and balanced: Enjoy Melozio's Go harmonious blend of Latin American Arabicas with cereal notes and honeyed sweetness - infused with caffeine found naturally in coffee*. Same great taste, extra caffeine!

*200mg caffeine/230ml mug; more compared to the regular Melozio Go blend.

Origin

A harmonious blend of Latin American Arabicas, mostly from Brazil and Guatemala, rich in smooth cereal notes and honeyed sweetness.

Roasting

The Brazilian Arabicas are roasted separately to develop sweet and cereal notes. The other Arabicas get are lightly roasted to round out Melozio Go.

 Melozio is enhanced with additional caffeine* for an extra boost. *more caffeine per capsule than regular Melozio.

1. DECAFFEINATED COFFEE BEANS

 We first start with unroasted coffee beans and transfer out the caffeine. These beans are then used to create decaffeinated coffee.

2. SAVE EXTRACTED CAFFEINE

 We isolate the caffeine extract and save it for green coffee in the Melozio Go blend.

3. STEAM-TREAT THE GO COFFEE BEANS

 We then give the green coffee beans selected for the Melozio Go blend a steam treatment, to allow the entry of caffeine molecules into the unroasted beans.

4. INFUSE THE GO COFFEE BEANS WITH CAFFEINE EXTRACT

 We infuse the beans with the caffeine extract to raise the coffee’s total caffeine content. Now the beans are ready for roasting to create Melozio Go with 20% more caffeine.
